There may be much non-Covid-19 physical and mental suffering being endured now but going undetected.

Advice I received this week from a medic with experience of dealing with the frail:
You will have read that the groups at risk from Covid-19 are those with a serious pre-existing condition (ie those with 'co-morbidity') and the over 70s. For those without a pre-existing condition (and the real danger seems to be diabetes or being 'pre-diabetic')
The notion that Covid-19 has been created by a malign force in order to change the world order in some way is so fanciful as to defy serious consideration: this would require extraordinary financial resources, considerable manpower and the ability to evade the intelligence services of the world’s most powerful states
The sensible business unit leader and hiring manager will recruit staff whose skills, experience and professional values accord with their needs and ethics. However, managers faced with a pool of candidates with the right credentials often fall back into behavioural patterns governed by subconscious conditioning – acculturation.
I have decided to write what I hope will be a useful article for those determined to write their own CV. I don’t pretend that I write flawlessly. The following is drawn from the knowledge I’ve gained reading hundreds of CVs; overwhelmingly from senior executives. It’s not about perfect grammar, syntax and punctuation and it isn’t a definitive guide; more a useful set of suggestions.
